ABV 14% South Africa This is a fantastic bottle of wine. A blend of 90% Syrah and 10% Cabernet Franc, Wildeberg Red is similar to the classy Rh?ne styles. The nose is awash with hypnotic white pepper and crushed raspberries. It's juicy and crunchy with masses of flavour but also contradictory restraint and elegance. Another serious bottle of wine from JD Rossouw of Wildeberg Estate, that will pair brilliantly with barbecued meats, charcuterie or enjoyed on it's own.
