Inspired by Johnny Neill�s travels to the USA and his memories of discovering succulent juicy cherries from the state of Michigan. Whitley Neill Black Cherry gin has been created to capture these flavours.
Aroma: Initial aromas of cherries are followed by hints of almonds with a faint wisp of chocolate.
Palate: A richness of stewed cherries and fruits enhance the flavour with a very slight tartness on the finish.
Finish: A well balanced and long and intense finish with a pleasing aftertaste.
