Typically released as a 5 year old wine, the 2018 Stonewell can be enjoyed now, or if you can exercise the willpower, should comfortably age for 15-20 years, through to 2038. Built to match rich meat dishes, char-grilled medium rare scotch fillet with a creamy mushroom sauce, served with roasted baby carrots and duck-fat roasted potatoes would be the ultimate heavenly pairing.
