SAFFRON GIN

Produced in a traditional pot still by Dijon micro distiller Gabriel Boudier, Saffron Gin is made to a 19th century Indian colonial recipe that contains nine fresh botanicals. These include juniper, coriander, lemon, orange peel, angelica seeds, iris, fennel, plus saffron which gives a delicate spicy character.
