ABV 13.5% France, Cote de Niuts The result is in intense ruby red colour, with an elegant nose & a beautiful complexity. The nose is a heady perfume of dark berry fruit, violets and white pepper. The palate is creamy and succulent with a hint of vanilla. This wine will go wonderfully with beef in all its guises, including steak, rib, braised beef and beef in sauce.
