DOMAINE CHAUVENET NUITS SAINT GEORGES 2023 750ML

For our 2023 Nuits-St Georges, we’ve worked with Domaine Jean Chauvenet. The fruit comes from vines planted 40-90 years ago in the lieux-dits of La Charmotte, Aux Saints-Juliens and Aux Saints-Jacques. These venerable old plants give a wine of depth, complexity and balance, marrying spicy red and black fruit with a juicy freshness and sweet, chalky tannins. A refined and floral expression of this famous village, this will pair well with grilled or roasted meats, aged cheeses and spiced dishes such as tagine.
