The symbolic wine of Fontana Candida, recalls the history and tradition of Frascati, a fundamental value. Its name is inspired by the noble Family de' Grifi, owner since the eleventh century of the land now included in the most suitable area for the production of Frascati wine. It is produced with Malvasia Bianca di Candia, Trebbiano Toscano, Malvasia del Lazio and Greco grapes, harvested only by hand in the first ten days of October.

It has a bright golden yellow color with greenish hues; notes of exotic fruit intertwine with floral scents, creating a rich aromatic bouquet characterized by complexity deriving from the long period spent on the lees. The lively and fresh sip wraps the mouth elegantly and leaves a slight aftertaste of pear and dried fruit that accompanies the persistent finish. Excellent in combination with fish and white meat dishes.
