ABV 12.5% Italy Dry Rose, made from Sangiovese and a dash of Merlot. The skins and juice remain in contact very briefly to ensure an attractive pale salmon colour. Slow fermentation at controlled low temperatures and no oak maturation helps the wine to retain its delicate characteristics. Long lasting and floral flavours, extremely well balanced, firm and crisp thanks to the Sangiovese. The Merlot provides subtle but persistent hints of ripe red fruits and berries. Pleasant and lingering finish.
